Food for Pigeons | Arham Yuva Seva Group

So good to see birds flying free in sky, Did you ever think if someone feeds them? While we eat our meals on time. Hot, well-cooked, and based on our preferences. Think, what happens to millions of birds. Where do they get their food from?  What happens in rainy days? Do they get any choice for taste? How about healthy meal?

With blessings from Pujya Gurudev Shri Namramuni Maharaj Saheb, Thousands of Kabutar/Pigeons  are fed in Pawandham, Kandivali with healthy Chan (Pigeon’s food). Pigeons fly from all over the places to quench their hunger and thirst. In the specialized and scientifically designed  chamber to feed Pigeons. Arham Yuva Seva Group supplies about 125Kgs of chan/food every day. The activity has been running for last 4 years (since 2013) and  over 2.62Lacs of Chan has been donated.

With inspiration from Pujya Gurudev, evey year during Parvadhiraj Paryushan (The paramount holy festival of Jains), thousands of kind people  open their hearts out and donate generously for the noble cause of feeding pigeons.
